The OSHA or Occupations Safety and Heath Administration states that there will be more than 1000 construction employees who will face the workplace accidents with the higher possibility of the physical deformities and other severe injuries in the body due to the occurrence of the accidents at sites. Under the new labor act, the company is legally bound to give compensation in the case of the injury at the time of working at site. Next point is that in case the worker dies in harness in the factory, the company will take the responsibility to provide the financial package to the spouse or children survived by the deceased. A person can make a short analytical investigation before applying for the compensation. He must know that his name and the whole incident have been entered into the accident report book.
